I had a sweet tooth after dinner tonight and also wanted to be healthy so I looked around to see what I could find in the kitchen and came up with a delicious summer treat.
You only need 4 ingredients and a blender. Also no added sugar in this dessert makes it one you won't have to fee guilty about enjoying.
|2 cups frozen mango|
|2 ripe bananas|
|1 cup (8oz) milk|
|2cups frozen mango + 7 strawberries + 2 ripe bananas + 1 cup milk = delicious smoothie|
Put the bananas and strawberries in the blender first and then add the frozen mango and milk. Blend and enjoy. This makes enough for two 14oz servings
